Interestingly enough this area got its name from a contest back in the 50’s. The geographical boundaries of Lakeview Heights run east of Mount Boucherie and south of Tsinstikeptum Indian Reserve No. 10., part of the Westbank First Nation, the region’s most highly progressive, innovative and business minded First Nations band.
