Lakeview Heights Neighbourhood
Interestingly enough this area got its name from a contest back in the 50’s. The geographical boundaries of Lakeview Heights run east of Mount Boucherie and south of Tsinstikeptum Indian Reserve No. 10., part of the Westbank First Nation, the region’s most highly progressive, innovative and business minded First Nations band. Lakeview Heights homes boast amazing amenities including wineries, orchards, stables and vineyards as well as stunning lake views from many homes. The Westside Wine Trail runs off Boucherie Road which bisects the area. Numerous parks, hiking trails and picnic areas abound, as well as recreational facilities including pickleball, tennis, marinas, boat rentals, and sports fields galore. Often visited by tourists hoping to spot our legendary lake monster Ogopogo, Lakeview Heights beaches and walkways are a year round draw for visitors and locals alike. Home prices in the area range from the mid $600’s to millions of dollars for spectacular view and lakefront properties.
